NY Baby Shower

They're here! I finally scanned and uploaded the photos from my first baby shower in Rochester, NY. It was a chilly Saturday afternoon with lovely friends and family. Thank you to all the ladies who made this day so special for baby and me!

We were honored that she was able to celebrate with us. She's quite an inspiration!

Our friends and family showered our little girl with so many thoughtful and adorable gifts from clothes, to toys, to baby essentials, to her very first snow suit! She was given a very special gift from her Great Grandmother. Now you must understand that the Kleinmans have never had a little girl in the family. Boys have dominated the lineage for many years. Nanny has been waiting for a long time now. She didn't get a sister, she had three sons, her sons gave her seven grandsons..... finally her eldest grandson is giving her a great granddaughter! As a gift, she has given baby girl her pearls (see upper right in photo). It was such a thoughtful gift and I know how much our girl will treasure them her whole life.
