Nursery Update

So I wanted to do an update on how the nursery is progressing. Below I've posted a list of what we've picked out and then a list of what has been done and what needs to be done (a growing list). We are going with a pink and green bird theme based on the Penelope Pottery Barn Kids Bedding.

Bedding - Pottery Barn Kids

Curtains - Pottery Barn Kids

Rug - Pottery Barn Kids

Wall Decal - Wall Slicks or Vinyl Wall Art

Bird Mobile - Etsy

Decor - Etsy

(with her name of course)

Switchplate - Urban Outfitters

Storage - Pottery Barn Kids

Stuffed Animals - Pottery Barn Kids

So now the nursery update of what has been done:

- Cleaned out closet

- Moved out guest bedroom furniture

- Curtains hung

- Rug on the floor

- Closet storage assembled

- Closet rod assembled

- Closet organizers made

- Storage bins in place

- Hair bow holder made and hanging :)

- Made name letters for wall
(won't be posting those pics as we are keeping the name between us until the baby's here)

- Washed all of her clothes we have so far in Dreft

Next up to-do in nursery:

- Hang/Fold/Organize baby clothes in drawers and closet
- Deep cleaning of room
- Touch up painting
- Buy blackout panels for behind the curtains
- Hang name letters above crib
- Hang mirror and wall decor
- Order wall decal
- Schedule delivery of furniture
- Schedule delivery of glider

I'm sure there's a ton more on the nursery to-do list, but those are the items of the moment! We are loving getting things ready for our little girl. We hope she likes the room we're making for her :)
