Feb. 18th 2000 - Feb. 18th 2010

Ten years ago today I was 17 years old and a junior in high school. I took a trip to visit my sister at college and we went to Bucknell on a snowy Friday night to meet some friends. When we walked into the dorm I met a tall, handsome 19 year old named David. I was instantly drawn to this preppy boy standing in the doorway. We spent the night talking, laughing, and playing countless games of Duckhunt on Nintendo. I was instantly hooked on this boy. When we were getting ready to leave he asked if he could call me and I of course said yes! The next few weeks were filled with AIM chats, ridiculously long emails, and countless hours on the phone (sorry Dad). My next visit to Bucknell, David told me he loved me. As with all relationships, we had our ups and downs, but our love was constant. The years have taken us through college, law school, an engagement, our first home, our marriage, and now to our first child. I am eternally blessed to spend my life with my best friend.

David, I am honored to be your wife and so grateful for the life we have together. Thank you for the journey.
