On Friday we received a call that our glider was at the store and ready to be scheduled for delivery. We set up delivery for Tuesday of this week and they said they would call on the night before or that morning to give us a delivery window. Well of course they didn't call on Monday night. Tuesday morning 9am - no call (not answering the store phone), 10am no call - (they answered but said they were "working" on their schedule for the day and would call back, 11am they call with a delivery window of 12-3pm. So when do they deliver the glider you ask..... 5pm!!!!! Rediculous you ask?!?! Yes, I agree! Apparently they got stuck in traffic, but decided not to inform the store or call my cell phone, which they had. I was not at all pleased. Then they finally arrive and spend literally 30 seconds in the apartment, no hello, no apology, barge into the apartment, slam the chair down and throw it in a corner. I was livid...
In spite of the madness, the chair is great. The color compliments the wall color perfectly! It is super soft, comfy, and looks very pretty. Now all we need is all the other furniture, which has been delayed by a couple weeks (order early people)! So I'll leave you with some pics of the chair and me testing it out...
